De show wordt gebracht door het befaamde Ierse Riverdance gezelschap Celtic Steps. Ze bestaan al ruim twaalf jaar en trekken overal volle zalen. Nú speciaal voor Kerst komen ze naar Nederland met ‘An Irish Christmas’. Met muzikale vertolkingen van bekende Ierse traditionals zoals o.a. Oh Danny Boy, Will ye go Lasso Go en Carrickfergus, maar natuurlijk ook met de sfeervolle kerstnummers, zoals o.a. Carol of the Bells, The Wexford Carol, Silent Night en The First Noël. ‘An Irish Christmas’ heeft een energieke cast waarvan de leden ook deel uitmaakten van de succesvolle dansshows ‘Lord of the Dance’ en ‘Riverdance’, maar nu samen zijn gekomen om ‘An Irish Christmas’ bij u te brengen. Mirusia Louwerse (ミルシア・ロウェルズ)。オーストラリアの女性オペラ歌手。1985年3月29日生まれ。
オランダ人の両親のもとオーストラリアのブリスベンで生まれた。2006年12月、ブリスベンのクイーンズランド・コンサーバトリウムを卒業し、音楽学士号（古典声楽）を取得。2006年、デイム・ジョーン・サザーランド・オペラ賞を史上最年少で受賞し、『She Walks in Beauty』でデビュー録音を行った。オランダに住むロウェルズの叔母が、ロウェルズをヴァイオリニストで指揮者のアンドレ・リュウに紹介したことがきっかけで、リュウはロウェルズを彼の楽団に迎え入れた。2007年からリューのスターソプラノとしてツアーに参加。2008年4月、リュウとともにアルバム『Waltzing Matilda』をリリース。このアルバムはARIAチャートで1位を獲得し、プラチナ認定を受け、2008年にオーストラリアで20番目に売れたアルバムとなった。2010年10月8日にオーストラリアでソロデビュー・アルバム『Always & Forever』をリリース。2011年3月に発売されたDVD『Always & Forever』は、ARIA DVDチャートで4週連続1位を獲得。2012年『Always & Forever』でクラシックアーティストとして初めてARIAチャート1位を受賞。2019年には、アルバム『A Salute to The Seekers』をリリースし、ARIAチャートで初登場1位を獲得し、ジャズ&ブルースチャートでは3ヶ月連続でトップ20にランクインした。チャリティ活動にも熱心でオーストラリア子供音楽財団の大使も務めている。
