②第二次選考→選んだ対象コンテンツから、掲載対象をリストアップ作業

③第三次選考→上記のコンテンツからこの第三選考会場などに貼り付ける
第三次選考会場は4～6つの会場に分散しています。全部で候補は約50コンテンツ程度です。

④第四次選考→第三次選考の中から、第一次会場（公式HP）・第二会場（安らぎ文庫HP）・第三会場（総合案内所HP）に付録編（№11～№14）掲載する。世界の歌Ireland及び世界音楽祭・Spainともに14コンテンツ程度です。付録編は合計28コンテンツ。

⑤第五次選考、それらの中から通常編の掲載曲を選ぶ：一回当たり各7コンテンツで合計14コンテンツ（既に№1～№10で終了済み）

⑥第六次選考、通常編（№1～№10）と付録編全部（№11～№14）の中からGrandStage掲載コンテンツ各7つ（合計14コンテンツ）をを選ぶ。
「ユー・レイズ・ミー・アップ」 (You Raise Me Up) は、アイルランド/ノルウェーのミュージシャン、シークレット・ガーデンの楽曲で、2002年のアルバム『レッド・ムーン』に収録されている。2003年にアイルランドの歌手ダニエル・オドネル（英語版）のカバーがヒットした後、多くのアーティストがカバーしている。

“You Raise Me Up” is a song composed by Rolf Løvland and written by Brendan Graham. It was first recorded by Secret Garden, in collaboration with Brian Kennedy. Although the original version was not a major hit, the song has since been recorded by more than a hundred other artists, most notably American singer Josh Groban in 2003 and Irish group Westlife in 2005.

Brian Edward Patrick Kennedy (born 12 October 1966[1]) is an Irish singer. He scored a number of hit singles and albums in the UK and Ireland during the 1990s and 2000s. He represented Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 and finished in 10th place. Brian is the younger brother of musician Bap Kennedy.
