【備考】当初、「Abe Voices No Apology for War History in US Congress Address （英語字幕：２分）」掲載していたが、2016年3月20日未明に上記（３）①に置き換え。
置き換え理由は、この演説の後で、従軍慰安婦関連の、外での抗議集会の場面映像が長くながされ、元首の英語コーナーとカテゴリーが異なったことによる。
私は従軍慰安婦被害者絶対支援の立場にある。しかし、今回は、純粋に元首の英語としてテーマを組んでいるため、演説場面だけに限定する必要性から置き換えた。従軍慰安婦問題は別の箇所で、被害者絶対支援の立場から特集を組む。
今回、この元首の英語特集を組むに当たっては相当妨害があったことだけを記載しておく。
